Making balloons is not difficult.

Basically

• Dip formers into coagulant and let dry.
• Dip former into latex. Let dry a little.
• Roll neck bead. Let dry.
• Soak in water to leach.
• De-tack and strip balloon off of the former.
• Let balloons dry.
